On April 6, 2012, the talkfest about the implementation of strategic cooperation between Weifang and Shenzhen in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone and the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone was held in Shenzhen. Weifang municipal party committee secretary Xu Liquan and other leaders attended the meeting. Our group chairman, party secretary Xu Pengqiang was invited to the talkfest and participate in major projects signing activity. As one of the important agenda of this talkfest, 20 key projects held a grand signing ceremony at the conference. Group chairman Xu Pengjiang, on behalf of the group company, signed with Shenzhen Haiwang Group Co., LTD. "The strategic cooperation framework agreemen between Shenzhen Haiwang group co., LTD and Weifang Changda Construction Group". The two parties also reached important consensus in the next strategic cooperation . Based on the strategic cooperation framework agreement the two sides signed, according to the related spirit of Weifang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, with Weifang urban construction development planning, the two sides will invest to real estate construction and start development investment to construct "Haiwang science and technology park" in Weifang. The project's main construction contents are commercial office center and residential buildings. The project total investment is expected to be 2 billion yuan. Both sides are positive to discuss about the strategic cooperation of the specific matters. Group chairman Xu Pengqiang was warmly welcomed by Shenzhen Haiwang Group. Chairman of the group Zhang Simin and company director/Haiwang biology President Liu Zhanjun held cordial and friendly talks with Chairman Xu respectively, creating a good condition the for the future of the long-term strategic cooperation for both sides.
