The results and ranking of each competition item are calculated directly by timing, that is, the first 8 points, the second 7 points, the third 6 points, the fourth 5 points, the fifth 4 points, the sixth 3 points, the seventh 2 points, and the eighth 1 point. In addition to employees' hobbies and frequent participation in swimming activities, the participating units need to organize and train well in a systematic way, and finally achieve the purpose of cultivating team spirit through competition. Before this competition, some companies specially organized swimming teams and carried out systematic training. There were many participants and many events, so they got better group results. Some of the participating units have also recruited employees with special swimming skills from the perspective of overall development of the units.
